Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This policy describes how the GiggleFind mobile game ("GiggleFind," "we," "us," or "our") handles information. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to m4jopltd@gmail.com.

2. Information stored only on the device

GiggleFind stores the following information locally so the game can work offline and remember progress:

• Selected age range, difficulty, themes, sound, accessibility, and download preferences.
• Scores, stars, unlocked Collection friends, Garden items, and play history.
• Family labels, photos, voice prompts, and custom hunts created by a grown-up.

Family photos, recordings, family labels, and custom-hunt media have no upload path in GiggleFind and are not included in analytics.

3. Optional first-party analytics

First-party analytics is off by default. A grown-up can enable or disable "Share play insights" from the protected Parent Zone. When enabled, GiggleFind may send:

• The selected coarse age range: 2-3, 4-6, 7-9, 10-12, or 13+.
• App version, operating-system platform, and a coarse device class.
• Game mode, content pack, round/session status, approximate duration, attempts, difficulty, and hints used.
• Content-download status and coarse technical-error categories.
• A randomly generated app-installation identifier. The server stores only a keyed cryptographic hash of this identifier.

We use these measurements only to understand reliability, improve game balance, and plan age-appropriate content. We do not use them for advertising, profiling outside GiggleFind, or determining a child's identity.

4. Advertising

When advertising is enabled, GiggleFind may use Google AdMob to show ads between completed challenges and optional rewarded ads that grant bonus stars. Requests are configured as non-personalized, limited to age-appropriate content, and frequency-capped separately for each age profile. Ads are not placed inside a question, Family Fun activity, profile setup, privacy screen, or parent controls.

Google may process device, network, consent, and ad-interaction information to deliver, secure, prevent fraud in, and measure ads. Family photos, voice recordings, family labels, and custom hunts are never sent for advertising. GiggleFind does not sell personal information or use information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Information we do not collect directly

GiggleFind does not ask for exact GPS location, contacts, legal child names, exact birthdays, addresses, schools, child email addresses, public profiles, messages, or payment information.

6. Camera, photos, and microphone

A grown-up may choose to use camera, photo-library, or microphone features to personalize family activities. The app requests permission at the time the feature is used. Selected photos and recordings remain in private app storage on the device and are not sent to the GiggleFind server.

7. Sharing and service providers

Parent-approved analytics is sent directly to the GiggleFind service infrastructure. Google provides advertising services when ads are enabled. Hosting and security providers may temporarily process ordinary network information, such as IP addresses, in operational logs to deliver and protect the service.

8. Retention and deletion

• Local information remains until a grown-up deletes it, clears the app's storage, or uninstalls GiggleFind.
• Turning analytics off immediately deletes analytics events that have not yet been sent.
• Raw server analytics is scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Non-identifying totals may be retained to understand long-term product reliability.

GiggleFind does not currently create user accounts. For a privacy or deletion request concerning server-side information, contact m4jopltd@gmail.com. Because the server stores a protected hash rather than a name or email address, we may need information from the device to locate a particular installation's records.

9. Children's privacy

GiggleFind is designed to minimize collection from children. Privacy choices, family personalization, and external contact are placed in a grown-up area protected by a parental gate. A selected age range is used to provide age-appropriate activities; GiggleFind does not ask for an exact birth date.

10. Security

GiggleFind uses local application storage, encrypted network transport in production, bounded analytics fields, keyed hashing for installation identifiers, access-controlled administration, and automatic raw-event retention limits. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we limit the information collected and the time it is kept.

11. International use and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask about, access, correct, restrict, or delete information. A parent or guardian may contact us using the address below. We will respond as required by applicable law.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as GiggleFind changes. We will post the updated policy here and revise the effective date. Material changes to children's data handling will be presented to grown-ups as required.
